Replacing Plastic

In my 'buy less plastic' drive I've just discovered soap powder in a cardboard box is a THIRD of the price of washing liquid in a plastic bottle!!  Also cider vinegar (with the mother) is so much nicer for your clothes than fabric conditioner. Cost me £3.99 for a glass bottle from my health food shop but has lasted me ages as you don't need much in each wash.  Didn't realise ditching plastic would save so much money!

I've been thinking on how to cut down on my plastic consumption and have decided to not buy any more shower gel or liquid soap. Back to good old fashioned bars of soap. No plastic and cheaper too! Now what plastic can I give up next?
